Firstly, you do not always get data labels with a column chart and scatter line chart. Secondly, we scaled the number of columns down a bit. Basically, with this chart, you can look at certain years or periods using the bars and the line to form an analysis.
So, we put the vertical bars on the primary axis. It is separate from the line. And, on the other side, is the scatter line.
